Question by Snow White: I want to start growing organic GMO free veggies and fruits, any tips?
Do I need to buy specific organic, gmo free seeds/plants, or all they already organic gmo free when you buy them?

In America you can buy GMO free seeds. As for setting it all up i would suggest raised garden beds with good soil. This can be achieved with a bit of tin and some fence posts. I grow vegetables in raised garden beds and they grow AWESOME. Heaps of tomatoes and truckloads of pumpkins.

Hope this helps.

there are very few GM garden vegetable seeds out there and you would have to sign a contract to use them, so you would know if you bought some. Hybrid seed is NOT GM seed. certified organic seed cannot be GM, ever. If in doubt, get heirloom/Open pollinated seed.

Organic gardening is all about creating healthy soil (this is far more important than avoiding synthetic pesticides, though that is important too). Start a compost pile now so that it will be ready to use next spring when you start your garden. Learn about which insects are beneficial (most are). Learn about organic pesticides, fungicides and fertilizers now before you start actual growing

Fruit trees should be planted in very early spring when they are dormant. Summer is the worst time of year to plant any tree.

Here is a site for getting all kinds of GMO free, non hybrid seeds. It’s where I get mine and you don’t need to sign a contract to use them.

Very few garden fruits and vegetables are GMO at this point, but if you want organic seeds, you will need to buy them organic.

One of the best sellers of certified organic garden seeds is Seeds of Change: http://www.seedsofchange.com/
