I’m going to try to make this short.
Both of my parents are diagnosed with Fibromialgia, and I now beleieve I too may have it.
Let me give you some details, I am 21, 5’3″, and weigh 97-100lbs. Even though I eat a lot I dont seem to gain much weight(not that I want to because..) if I put of the slightest one extra pound, I FEEL IT. I am extremely weak. I have some muscle, and can use it when I help my fiance do lawn maintenance and snow removal, but I think I may have to stop.. It’s getting worse, just bending down makes my joints scream. Walking hurts, sleeping hurts, sitting on the couch right now hurts. I can’t really pinpoint the pain, but I know it’s mostly in my joints, like my knees, ankles, elbows, SHOULDERS, and my entire spine and ribcage.
I also have axiety that impares my speech. I start talking then suddenly I can’t breath, start shaking, and have to pause and slow down because my heart starts racing. I also have depression, and severe fatigue. It’s affecting my relationship because I get upset so easily, start crying or yelling.. I’m trying to help him do the lawn work, but the lifting and over all labor of it takes out all my strength that I feel like I’m going to fall over.
I have also been diagnosed as being anemic, and one of my kidneys is dwarfed.
When I sleep I feel as though my bones are cracking. There’s one really bad spot of join pain in between my right should blade and my back/neck bones. The only way it feels better is if i put pressure on it..
I do not have insurance, but I’m going to have to find out whats wrong sooner or later because it’s disabling my ability to work.
Give me some kind words… I dont want to ruien my relationship with my attitude.. All the doctors I have seen don’t seem to really care and I have about 200 dollars to my name right now. Just some nice words and hope is what I need. Or tips on meds that I can get to help ease the pain/depression. Right now the only thing helping is my pets, with out animals in my life I don’t know where i’d be, they are my anti-depressant.

If you have issues with weight do what I did – try acai berry. There’s nothing wrong with you. People have lifes ups and downs. Just pull yourself together, be the person you want to be, and don’t blame your problems due to a medical issue.
if you have joint pains, are you drinking cokes or coffee or anything with carbonation, that stuff will eat the calcium right out of your bones and make your joints crack, it happened to me and i had to give up diet cokes for the past 6 months.
This could be fibromialgia, But is sounds more to me like a vitamin deficiency specifically Vitamin D. Try taking 400 iu (units) Vitamin D morning and night for like 2 weeks and see if you symptoms subside. The only way to determine any of this is blood work and blood work may show any other conditions or deficiencies you are experiencing, my guess if you eat allot and don’t gain weight and feel like this, your body is not absorbing or storing proper nutrients for daily function. In any Doubt you really do need to see a doctor, also if it gets too bad and you really do not want to go to the Dr go to the ER they cannot deny treatment, for failure to pay. Good luck
To add if the Vitaming D works, you really need to see a doctor to see 1 why are you deficient and 2 to get a daily regimen for your specific needs.
I am not a healthcare professional, but I can give you some advice that will probably help.
Eat a lot of cooked greens. Steamed is good. Eat small amounts of red meat, but make sure it is a good, lean cut. Do not eat raw food. If your system is weak, then you need the warm qualities of cooked food. Also, raw food is more difficult for your system to digest and you will be spending energy just trying to process it. The meat and cooked greens contain iron and will strengthen your body.
If you find that meat is hard to digest and doesn’t make you feel any better, then drink some warm chicken broth before bedtime. I like the Pacific Foods or Wolfgang Puck brands the best because they have a richer taste.
For depression, here’s an American Folk remedy; mix 1 tblsp. of apple cider vinegar (get Bragg’s with “the mother”) 1 tsp of honey that you purchase locally from your area and then add 1 cup of water and stir well. Vinegar is a natural antidepressant. The honey makes it more palatable and the water cuts the acidity.
Smile a lot! Even if you find that you have to consciously make yourself do it. And remember to take deep breaths. Trust me this DOES work! I have had to combat depression this way myself.

If you don’t have insurance you will have to go to the county hospital to get some kind of care.You also may need to see a counselor for you depression. Everybody gets depressed about something and have to work it out somehow.You need to change the way you see things.Place a value on the things that you go through.Remember everything is not the end of the world.Value them from A to D (,A) being most important (B)important but not as important as A . (C) not very Important (D) something to be concerned about but not to worry about. That is just an example of what I mean when I said that you need to change your outlook on the problems you are facing.Most of the time problems develop over a period of time and most of the time they get solved over a period of time.You can’t let them get you down.You need to lighten up a bit,stop being so serious all the time. good luck ! we all got problems my attitude is ,I am not going to let my problems eat me up .: I am going down swinging ‘! Go to church ,read the good book ,by the grace of god we will all be heeled .Someone in the church will help you but you need to let them know that you need their help.
