These seeds are high quality and arrived on time. I put them in my morning smoothie. I’ve worked up to 2T and it took some doing because chia seeds form a gel that takes some getting used to. They are supposed to be super good for you though with lots of Omega 3s and fiber so I stick with them.

I really liked this product. It was much less expensive to buy it online than it was to purchase it in my local health foods store. I add these seeds to my breakfast most mornings. One tip is to use boiling water when you “make” them because they will turn into a gel much faster compared to using cold water. Good buy!
