help writing a letter to my tenants for gas prices and grass mowing.?
October 31, 2010
Question by Jenni F: help writing a letter to my tenants for gas prices and grass mowing.?
i need to write a letter to my tenants asking them to pay a fee of .00 a month to pay for the cost of gas prices, not for the service when cutting their lawn.
they are responsible for cutting their own lawns which is about an acre, but we have been doing it for them for years.
With the cost of gas raising every day, i have to ask them in a polite way to pay.
Can anyone help me right a professional letter?
I have been trying for 20 minutes, and nothing sounds right.
my tenants are told they have to take care of their own lawns. and never once have they ever had to. we do it for them out of kindness. if they chose not to pay the .00 gas price a month – they will just have to do it themselves. if it is not done, they know there is a fee for not having their gas cut in their lease. so thank you for your response LANDLORD. my letter is correct – and IS RIGHT!

As long as they aren’t in a lease, you have the right to raise there rent a certain amount each year if you choose. If they are in a lease, you can’t ask for more money for anything. If they aren’t in a lease, then just send a letter saying that you need to raise rent, and you have to give as much notice as possible, atleast 30 days. If they are in a lease, just tell them you can’t afford to cut there lawn, it wasn’t in the lease, so you’re going to stop doing it. But if they want to hire you to do it, they can.

difference between natural fertilizers and artificial fertilizer?
October 31, 2010
Question by Mat: difference between natural fertilizers and artificial fertilizer?
please reply asap
Best answer:
Answer by Daniel
Natural fertilizers are made naturally, from things like manure or compost. Artificial fertilizer is prepared artificially to specifically contain the chemicals which provide nutrients to plants (Nitrogen, for example).
There is constant debate as to which is superior. I’m inclined to say artificial because it’s nutrients are more pure and measured, but there are tons of people who shun artificial fertilizers for the natural stuff.

I dunno, but my mom gets tons of persimmons every year. She mails a big box of them to me.
I don’t reckon there will be many people here who know a whole lot about persimmons. Maybe you could e-mail or call my mom. Click on my avatar/ profile and send me an e-mail if you want to ask her! (I’m guessing it would be alright. She’s a nice enough older lady!) I’ll send her number to you.
