Im not proud of myself but I have been feeling a little doubtful of my bf and I used another phone to send him a text from his ex-gf to see if he would bite. he did. in his text he said how much he cared about her, and that he had a gf he loved but would she want to start something. he actually said ‘if we get gripped then we are mates, you stick up fro me and I stick up for you ‘ !!!!
I dont know his ex and have never met her , she contacted me through facebook once but i didnt reply. but he never said he missed her etc, apparently she was really bad to him but it seems that he would be happy to basically have sex with her. He even said what are you doing tomorrow, wanna meet up for a catchup?
He said in his text that he loves his gf (me) but cant help but care about her, I then responded and said that I was going to grass him up to his gf, as his ex is a well known troublemaker and known to be a tart. He then turned and was obviously worried and started saying if you do that I will come to your workplace, and started to swear etc.
i know its not a nice thing to do but please tell me what you think. He actually called me in the morning and told me what happened, he didnt know it was me and he obviously left out the part where he said about them hooking up. we have been together for a while, In the summer I found out he was cheating on me, we went through hell as I wanted out. but for some reason I do love him.
I assume he called me to tell me because he thought ‘she’ would contact me.
I really need some advice and i cant talk to my family or friends as they dont like him from what happened last time. I have my own home and good job, basically he has none of that and he is older and more concerned with how he looks than anything. my family want me to move on. He has an admin type role and has a very high opinion of himself and recently decided to pursue a modelling career !! He is 35 and even though I think he is good looking, he is not model attractive, i dont know where he gets these ideas from.
He really claimed to change and i did see differences, his family even said so, that since we had our break up in the summer, he stopped drinking etc.
I spoke to his friend yesterday about what happened and he said that a few years ago he cheated on his then gf with this tarty ex gf. it was just a sex thing and he said basically she humiliated him and dumped him and told his gf everything to get him in trouble.
I know she didnt really contact him and nothing will happen, but he did bite the bait, do you think once a cheater always a cheater ? Please help me im so confused.

Oh girl, you have the proof in your hands that this man is just not going to be faithful to you. Yes he says he loves you but he doesn’t show it by his actions by “attempting to hook up with someone else” if it really was her who contacted him, he would have cheated on you again. I believe once a cheater always a cheater, unless something drastic happens to that person. I think it would be best if you moved on to someone who is going to love you and prove it by his actions, someone who will be sweet and faithful to you.

I am looking to put in grass in my backyard and I would prefer to use real grass but i live in the middle of the desert and lets just say grass doesn’t do well here. I want soft green grass for a reasonable price and the closer it looks to real grass the better.

So I have a nice house there are just alot of changes that need to be made to it to make it “newer” My current home has just gotten new tile, window shutters, and 2 new huge bedrooms built on. Is it worth moving?
These are all the changes
Build a pool
Granite counter tops
new cabinets
new capet
new stair railing
painting
getting the roof fixed
getting fake grass
building the outside walls higher
new chandlers
I don’t know if I should move or make the changes? I found a house that meets all of this but I’m not for sure if I can afford it and the gated community.

“Gated Community” do you like your privacy? I guess not – you are subject to scrutiny – and you better watch your movements – you’ll be noticed if you have odd hours or funny looking guests. You’ll need a Newer car also. You should consider the quality of your house before making these decisions – some houses have “good bones” and deserve Upgrades – others are flimsy from the git go and are matchboxes with shoddy construction. Your list includes some items of maintenance and some items of modernization. Roof is FIRST – stair railings (safety)
and the outside is always last on list – this is the “icing on the cake” – in this order – you upgrade – plumbing/electrical/flooring/kitchen – you are talking perhaps in your area? 50 to 100,000 in an outlay of cash. I will tell you that the quality of many modern buildings is less than old houses with good bones. If you like your neighborhood, and it suits you – don’t move. If there are a lack of stores & the neighbors are crappy – well, then move.

im not talking about those real real real obviously fake, ugly bright green grass. im talking about those fake grasses that look actually real and have different tones of green to make it seem more realistic. so my question is, what have been your experiences with it? what were the advantages and disadvantages of having them? i mean i can imagine myself laying on it not having to worry about ants crawling up my hair or dirt getting on me, i know they are pretty costy, but were there any good and bad points of it?
