I think newspaper, because older people do read newspapers and that’s where they would go to look for advertisements for those kinds of services. Besides, I don’t know how effective it would be advertising to older people on the radio. You would be relying on them to remember your phone number after the commercial, where it would already be written down for them in the paper.
