look into why nothing grew there already... is it dry, does it not get sunlight?... is it where someone dumped car oil?... is the soil powdery, sandy?.... if there's a reason why nothing grows there, the sod won't either.....

prep for the sod by mixing the soil there with an ammendment like compost or well composted manure and some 'top soil'.... water well to settle it all.... then lay the sod, if you are going to...

be sure it's all in contact with the soil below it... water deeply and often for the first week.... don't let it dry out!!.. the new roots are moving to the new soil base.....

sod will be about three inches tall...maybe a little more if it's the good stuff.....don't add any fertilizer until after the sod has taken hold.... maybe three weeks or so.... don't mow till it's grown a couple inches.....

You need to dig your patch up at least 3 inches deep and add amendments or your sod will die in weeks. Sod is approx. 3inch tall. You'll only need to remove 1 inch to set in sod, as 2 inches will be absorbed back.

I am not sure . Paying the lowest amount does not always equals the best value. Here is good company to call and ask for a quote on lawn care servive in North Ga. http://www.bennettlandscapeinc.com/

haha! i? picked up a homelite 160 on the side of the road the other day. (looks identical but mine has a shoulder strap) it ran after cleaning the plug but didn't have much power. turns out the fuel lines were leaking into the air box... cleaned the carb, going to seal up the tank/lines. should run & look like new! =)

Yes I would sue and I cannot believe those academics who claim this court case will infringe on freedom of speech. Funerals are no place to stage protests.

Anyone interested in helping out the father sueing Phelps? Go to: http://www.matthewsnyder.org/
